Are we all itching for summer to be here? When spring break was over, I was totally excited for summer! No school schedules, no alarm clocks, no time frames for driving here or there, or needing to be in one place or another. I think subconsciously I make foods around my moods and this is a perfect example of why. It’s totally a spring/summer salad! It’s cold, it’s refreshing, it can be kept in the refrigerator for several days requiring less work (lazy summer days) on my part and again, you know me, it’s a simple recipe! You gotta try it!

Ingredients:
1/3 cup Canola Oil
2/3 cup Cider Vinegar
3/4 cup Sugar
1/4 cup Honeyville Dehydrated Green Onion
2 Tbsp. Honeyville Freeze Dried Onion
1 cup Honeyville Freeze Dried Bell Peppers
1 cup Honeyville Quick Cook Red Beans
2 cups cooked Honeyville Garbanzo Beans (or 15 oz. can)
1 1/2 cups Honeyville Freeze Dried Green Beans
1 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Pepper

Directions:
Re-hydrate all Honeyville products and drain. Mix together all ingredients, refrigerate overnight, then mix again before serving.

ENJOY!!!!
