Karen Sunderland

Hi Honeyville Fans! I’m Karen Sunderland, a teacher at the Honeyville Farms Salt Lake City, UT store. I love showing people how to get their grains and beans out of buckets or cans, an on to the table in creative, tasty meals!

I feel that daily family mealtime is very important in keeping families close. In my classes, I explain how to involve the family in meal prep and enjoying that time together. One of my favorite classes to teach is “Grandma’s Healthy Junk Food,” with my grandchildren as helpers.

The recipe I share with you today is one of our family favorites, Taco Sundaes! It is from our newest cookbook, “Feasting on Food Storage,” available December 2013 at Honeyville Farms stores. This is a gluten free recipe the whole family will love.
