With the Strawberry Milk Alternative Give-away going on, I thought I would share a smoothie recipe using the Strawberry Milk! If you don’t already know, we LOVE smoothies in this house! We literally have a smoothie 7-10 times a week-no joke! Yes, it’s kind of embarrassing to admit, and yes, we go through 5-6 bananas A DAY, and yes, I LOVE smoothies. But set the embarrassment aside and think about it….it’s a pretty healthy snack. All we do is put in fruit, ice, water, and some days a little bit of sugar. So all in all, I am okay with it!

On to the recipe:

1 1/2 cups Ice

1/2 cup Plain Yogurt

1 cup prepared Strawberry Milk Substitute

Sugar-according to taste

Re-hydrate Peaches according to package instructions. Make Strawberry Milk according to package instructions.

Put all ingredients in a blender. Blend. Add desired amount of sugar

They are good any time of the day….breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack, and even a midnight snack (I may or may not have them late at night)
