Best of all, each one can be prepared Sunday night before your hectic schedule even begins! Get ready, it’s time to make some Steel Cut Oatmeal Bites!
8 cups Water
1/4 tsp Himalayan Salt
2 cups Honeyville Steel Cut Oats
7 Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup or Raw Honey
2 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
First, bring your 8 cups of water and salt to a rolling boil.
Add your steel cut oats, stir, reduce to a simmer, and allow to cook for 30 minutes.
Once completely cooked, remove from heat.
Add maple syrup and cinnamon and stir until completely combined.
In your USA Pan Muffin Pan, lightly sprayed with cooking spray, fill each cup with your oatmeal bites. Place in freeze for five hours to freeze and solidify. Once solid, remove from pan, place in a ziplock bag in the refrigerator, and enjoy for the week.
