Your mouth is going to water just looking at this picture! Seriously, I LOVE colorful foods…I just think that it makes it taste SOOOO much better when there is color to it! And if you don’t know, my family can turn ANYTHING into a burrito! You should see how many tortillas we go through in a weeks time. So I will show you the picture first and then you can have the image in your head while you read this recipe:
 Spicy Sweet Potatoes & Chicken Tacos
1 cup Honeyville Freeze Dried Sweet Potatoes (before re-hydration)
1 1/2 cups Honeyville Ranchers Cut Freeze Dried Chicken (before re-hydration)
1/4 cup Honeyville Dehydrated Onions (before re-hydration)
1/4 tsp. Minced Garlic
1 tsp. Chili Powder
1 tsp. Cumin
1/2 tsp. Cajun Seasoning
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/2 cup Green Salsa
Tortilla’s
Optional:
Jalapeno Peppers
Cilantro
Tomatoes
Avocado
Directions:
Rehydrate Sweet Potatoes, Chicken, and Onions according to package instructions. 
Mix Garlic, Chili Powder, Cumin, Cajun Seasoning, Salt, and Green Salsa. Add the Potatoes, Chicken, and Onions. Heat on stove to mix flavors.
Spoon into Tortilla and garnish as desired with optional ingredients
