Top Ramen a staple for any college freshman am I right?!  Well this recipe isn’t your everyday noodles.  It’s got a spicy little kick and some nice crunch from the cashews (or peanuts if you’d rather).  So say goodbye to the boring noodles and hello to this!

1 Package Ramen noodles (discard flavor packet)
1/4 cup Honeyville Freeze Dried Peas
2 Tbsp prepared Honeyville Powdered Peanut Butter
1 heaping Tbsp Catalina Salad Dressing
1/2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1/4 tsp Ground Chili Paste (it can be found near the Soy Sauce in grocery stores)
1/2 tsp Honeyville Dehydrated Green Onions
1 Tbsp Chopped Cashews or Peanuts

Bring 2 cups of water to a boil in a small pot.  Add the peas and noodles. Cook until noodles are done about 3 minutes.

Drain off most of the liquid.  Add the peanut butter, soy sauce, and chili paste.

Stir to coat all the noodles.  Garnish with chopped nuts and green onions.

This is great for a quick lunch and is a great change of place from the usual PB&J!
