Using our delicious, popular, and versatile Dehydrated Carrots and Dehydrated Onions, along with a little spice from some Sriracha and Sambal Oelek, and cooled down with some coconut milk, we’ve created a delicious stew that you can enjoy, spoonful by spoonful, any time of the year. Get ready to create some Spicy Coconut Carrot Stew!

4 Tbsp Butter
1/2 cup Honeyville Dehydrated Onions
1 1/2 cups Honeyville Dehydrated Carrots
2 cups Chicken Broth
14 oz can Coconut Milk
2 Tbsp Sambal Oelek
Sriracha (for serving)

Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat.


Add onions and carrots and cook for about 2 minutes.


Add broth, coconut milk, and sambal oelek. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer, stirring occasionally.


Once vegetables are soft and consistency is hearty, scoop into bowls and serve. Top with Sriracha for flavoring.
