You all know I have a thing for Honeyville Fudge Brownies!  One of the Brigham Store employees, Andi, shared this recipe and I made it as soon as I could get all my ingredients assembled.  Camping season is upon us and whether you are a camper or not you can have these yummy S’more Brownies today-no camp fire needed!

Ingredients:
1 package Honeyville Fudge Brownie Mix
4 Tbsp Honeyville Whole Egg Powder
3/4 cup Water
1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
1 package of Graham Crackers
3 to 4 cups Mini Marshmallows
1/2 c. Chocolate Chips

Directions:
First line a greased 9×13 pan with graham crackers (I used about 7.5 crackers).

Next add brownie mix, whole egg powder, water and oil in a medium bowl.

Stir until well blended.  Carefully pour and then spread the batter over the graham cracker layer.

Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for 27 minutes.  Layer the marshmallows on top and then sprinkle the chocolate chips on top.

Return the brownies to the oven for 2 to 3 minutes for marshmallows to puff up and chocolate chips to get melty.  Crumble the remaining graham crackers on top.  Cool slightly before serving.

Andi uses mint chocolate chips and said they were delicious too!  Enjoy this ooey-gooey goodness tonight!

Happy Eating!
