It is always fun to go to classes and get to know customers and readers. One that I have had the pleasure of meeting has been Julene. She has her own blog about being prepared and recently shared this “sa-wheat” gift idea.
Food Storage Teacher Appreciation Gifts
For her children’s teachers as an end of year gift she gave them mini buckets of wheat with a cute saying “I hope you have a “sa-wheat” summer!” On the back she provided a recipe for Blender Whole Wheat Pancakes.
I thought this idea was GENIUS and so cute!
School may be out for your kids already but you could easily tweak this and make it applicable for a variety of situations….

Tenille has posted a recipe for the blender wheat pancakes before. They are a huge hit! You could gift these in #10 cans or fill desired sized buckets and gift away!
