1 1/2 tsp SAF Yeast

Directions:
First, roast your seeds.
In a large bowl, combine honey, oil, salt, and sunflower seeds, and mix until seeds are completely coated.
Place seeds on your USA Pan Cookie Pan, lined with parchment paper, and bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove and allow to cool. Once cooled, break up into smaller pieces.
Now, begin your dough.
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, salt, and yeast.
Once combined, add roasted sunflower seeds.
Pour in water and honey and, using your Danish Dough Whisk, whisk together ingredients until a sticky dough forms.
Cover bowl with plastic wrap and let rest for 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Next, generously flour your counter top and pour dough out onto flour.
Gently fold each side of the dough in until your have a small, round dough ball, completely covered in flour.
Place dough ball in your Cast Iron Dutch Oven. I chose to line mine with parchment paper for easy clean up.
Place lid on Dutch Oven, place in oven and bake at 450 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove lid and let bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until top is golden brown. Remove and allow to cool on a wire rack.
