Made with our highly nutritious organic quinoa, this dish is not only healthy, but mouth-watering delicious too. On top of that, it will fill your kitchen and home with the sweet smells of fall! Get ready, it’s time for Pumpkin Breakfast Quinoa!

Ingredients:
1 cup Honeyville Organic Quinoa
2 cups Vanilla Almond Milk
2 Cinnamon Sticks
1/2 tsp Ground Cloves
Pinch of Salt
2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
3/4 cup Pumpkin Puree
2 Tbsp Maple Syrup

Directions:
First, clean your quinoa.

Rinsed-Quinoa

To do this, rinse it in a strainer under cold water. This will help to wash away any of the bitter taste.

Almond-Milk

In a large sauce pan or pot, add almond milk, cinnamon sticks, and ground cloves, and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.

Boiled-Quinoa

Stir in quinoa, cover and turn heat to low. Boil for 15 minutes, or until quinoa has fully absorbed the milk.

Pumpkin

Once cooked, remove from heat, remove the cinnamon sticks, and stir in pumpkin, pumpkin pie spice, and maple syrup. Scoop up and serve.
