Pressure Cooker Turkey Fusilli Pasta

Turkey and Summer. These are two words we rarely use in the same sentence. In fact, these are two things we rarely see at the same time. Think about it, when was the last time you talked about delicious, slow roasted turkey and hot summer days? If there was a gauge for food and seasons these two would be complete polar opposites.

But why must it be this way? Why can we only enjoy mouth watering turkey during the fall and winter months? Why can’t we make Turkey a staple of our everyday meals? Guess what, now we can, and I’ve got the perfect way to do it. Pasta!

Yes, you heard me right, pasta and turkey! I know chicken usually gets all the love when it comes to delicious, hearty pasta meals. But I believe that’s just because you haven’t tried turkey with your past yet! Believe me, one bite, and you’ll be hooked!

First, prepare your pressure cooker.

On your Fagor 3 in 1 Pressure Cooker, press the “High” button on the pressure cooker setting until the number 6 appears, then press start. This will set the pressure cooker for 6 minutes.

Place your oil and garlic cloves in the pressure cooker, with the lid off, and allow to cook just until the cloves are golden brown.
