I love simple and easy, how about you? There is something so exciting about a delicious dinner recipe that is easy to put together and bakes up within minutes. Warm, homemade, and ready to go as soon as you get home? Yup, that’s the dish for me!

Believe it or not, simply and easy is, well, simpler and easier than you think. All it requires is the right baking tool. That tool is the Fagor Pressure Cooker. This awesome, electric cooker can slow cook, steam, or pressure cook most any meal you throw at it. Oh, and by the way, it does it, literally, in a matter of minutes!

Using our Fagor Pressure Cooker, our Freeze Dried Chicken, and our Freeze Dried Mozzarella Cheese, we cooked up a warm, delicious, hearty pasta in just 12 minutes. That’s right, 12 minutes! Seriously how can you pass that up? Say hello to Pressure Cooker Chicken Mozzarella Pasta!

Ingredients:
3 Tbsp Olive Oil
4 Cloves Garlic, minced
1 tsp Basil
1/4 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
6 oz Baby Spinach
2 Tbsp Butter
4 cups Half and Half
16 oz Penne Pasta
3 cups Honeyville Freeze Dried Chicken
3 cups Water
1 cup Honeyville Freeze Dried Mozzarella Cheese
1 1/2 cups Diced Cherry Tomatoes
Parmesan Cheese for sprinkling

Directions:
First, set your Fagor Pressure Cooker to 12 minutes at “High Pressure” and press start. This will allow the pressure cooker pot to warm up before you put in your ingredients.

Add your olive oil, minced garlic, basil, and red pepper flakes, and stir while pot is hot. Add baby spinach and butter and stir until spinach is soft and cooked down.

Next, pour in the 4 cups of half and half and stir together with spinach.

Add your pasta, chicken, water, and mozzarella cheese, stir together, then lock lid on pressure cooker.

Let cooker cook the entire time. Once it beeps, you know it’s complete. Release the pressure with the pressure valve, then remove the lid.

Gently stir in your diced cherry tomatoes with the cooked dish, then serve.
