Believe it or not, you can, and we have just the recipe to prove it. Using our versatile Fagor Pressure Cooker, we’ve created a delicious, yet simple barbecue dish that will give you all that lip smackin’, down-home cookin’ you’ve come to expect with your favorite barbecue dish! Grab your apron, it’s time to make some Pressure Cooker BBQ Chicken Pasta!
Ingredients:
1/4 cup Honeyville Dehydrated Onions
3 Garlic Gloves, minced
2 cups Chicken Stock
1/2 cup Milk
1/2 cup BBQ Sauce
16 oz Diced Tomatoes
1 lb Rotini Pasta
3 cups Water
Directions:
First, add all your ingredients.
In your Fagor Pressure Cooker, add chicken, onions, garlic, chicken stock, milk, BBQ sauce, and diced tomatoes.
Next, add your rotini pasta on top, then add 3 cups water. Stir 2-3 times, to combine ingredients.
Lock lid on top of pressure cooker, turn to 12 minutes on “High Pressure” and cook.
Once finished, release pressure from valve, remove lid and stir twice. Scoop up and serve.
