I love our Powdered Peanut Butter! It always amazes me just how versatile it really is. Whether it’s mixing it into bread dough to create a creamy, dreamy Peanut Butter & Jelly Filled Bread Loaf, or reconstituting it, rolling it up, and dipping it in chocolate for a romantic Valentine’s Treat, our powdered peanut butter just seems to be able to do anything!

This past weekend I was telling someone about how amazing Honeyville Peanut Butter Powder was and mentioned all the great ways we’ve been able to use it here on the blog. As i went on about it’s delicious taste and texture, the person’s eyes got big, and they said to me: “I bet that would be amazing mixed into Banana Bread.” Challenge accepted! Get your taste buds ready! It’s time to make some Peanut Butter Banana Bread!
Ingredients:

1/2 cup Honeyville Powdered Peanut Butter + 4 Tbsp Water
3/4 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 cup Sugar
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
2 1/2 Tbsp Honeyville Buttermilk Powder + 1 cup Water
1/4 cup Vegetable Oil
2 Eggs
2 tsp Vanilla
1 cup Chocolate Chips
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt  and mix together.
In a separate bowl, re-hydrate peanut butter. You may want to add more or less water, depending on how thick you like your peanut butter.
Also, re-hydrate your bananas by soaking in water, then draining.
In a large mixing bowl, add bananas, peanut butter, sugars, buttermilk, oil, eggs, and vanilla, and mix until smooth.
Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix until a soft batter forms. Gently stir in chocolate chips until fully combined.
Pour batter into a greased bread pan lined with parchment paper. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour 15 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out cleanly.
Remove, allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then take out of pan and cool on a wire rack.
Slice and serve.
This bread bakes up super moist, fluffy, and delicious. The trio combination of peanut butter, chocolate, and bananas packs a punch you’ll want to take again and again. The amazing aroma will fill your whole home with a goodness you’ll wish lasted forever. Slice and serve with melted butter as a snack, sweet dessert, or even breakfast! Trust us, you’ll want an excuse to eat this bread!
