For me, nothing is better in the morning than a warm, delicious breakfast casserole. Filled with my favorite breakfast ingredients and baked up to perfection, I simply can’t resist these homemade delights. It’s that love of breakfast casseroles that led to today’s post.

Ingredients:
1/2 cup Milk
3/4 cup Honeyville Ova Easy Egg Crystals + 1 1/3 cup Water
2 cups Honeyville Freeze Dried Sausage
1/2 cup Honeyville Dehydrated Onion
3 cups Honeyville Dehydrated Potato Dices
1/2 cup Honeyville Freeze Dried Cheddar Cheese
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Whisk together milk, ova easy egg crystals, and water together in a large bowl. Add onion and sausage and mix together.
In a separate bowl, soak your potato dices in water until soft, then drain excess liquid.
Add potatoes to mixture and stir until fully incorporated. Add cheese and salt and pepper to taste, and mix until fully combined.
Pour ingredients into a greased casserole dish.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Remove, scoop, and serve.
