Going to a party this Holiday season? Need to take an appetizer? This is the recipe for you! It is the perfect mix between sweet and spicy! After I made it my hubby replied with, “Now, this is good, we need to make this again !” We have used it for about 4 straight days on everything and today when we ran out he was ready to make more! I will share the recipe and then next week will go into what else we have used it with and how many different delicious meals is has been added to.

Pineapple-Mango Salsa:

1/2 cup Red Onion-chopped
6 Tbsp. Cilantro
3 Tomato’s-diced
2 Limes
3 tsp. Jalapeno Peppers
1 Tbsp. Honeyville Granulated Honey
Salt and Granulated Garlic to taste
Prepare beans according to package instructions. Re-hydrate pineapple, mango, peppers, corn, green onions according to package instructions. Chop red onion, cilantro, tomatoes, and jalapeno peppers. Mix all the ingredients together, sprinkle with lime juice, granulated honey, garlic, and salt. Mix well. Eat right away or chill until later.
