Honeyville’s Dehydrated Potato Dices are fantastic! I love them in soups, pot pies, and as hash browns! The most recent recipe that I tried was Baked Hash Browns. The perfect side to some scrambled eggs!
1 cup Honeyville Diced Potatoes
1/4 cup Honeyville Freeze Dried Onions
1/2 cup Honeyville Freeze Dried Peppers
1/2 cup Honeyville Freeze Dried Mushrooms
Seasoning Salt to taste
1 Tbsp. Butter-melted
2 tsp. Olive Oil
Re-hydrate all the vegetables according to package instructions. Drain well. Put all ingredients in a baking dish, mix thoroughly, and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
