1 cup Honeyville Regular Rolled Oats
1 cup Pecan Pieces
1/2 cup Honeyville Blanched Almond Flour
1/2 cup Coconut Flakes
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 cup Coconut Oil, melted
1/3 cup Raw Honey
3 cups Honeyville Freeze Dried Blueberries
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, pecan pieces, blanched almond flour, coconut flakes, salt, and cinnamon, and whisk together until completely combined.
In a medium bowl, re-hydrate your blueberries by soaking in water until soft. Once soft, drain any excess liquid, and set blueberries aside.
Add coconut oil and raw honey to dry ingredients and mix together until a thick batter forms.
In your USA Pan Square Cake Pan, pour in blueberries and spread evenly.
Next, add your crisp topping and spread evenly across entire pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, or until top is golden brown. Remove and allow to cool before serving.
