2 cups Honeyville Alta Artisan Flour
1 cup (2 sticks) of butter, melted
2/3 cup Sugar
Zest from a Lemon
Juice from a Lemon

Yields: 9 slices

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.


In a large bowl, combine all your ingredients and, using an electric hand mixer, mix until fully combined.


Taking your USA Pan 8″ Square Cake Pan, lined with foil, shape your dough evenly in the pan.


Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove and let sit in the pan and cool for an additional 15-20 minutes.


Once cooled, lift out of pan using the foil, then slice into 9 slices. Dust tops with Powdered Sugar, then serve.
