Using our amazing Yellow White Cake Mix and our impressive Insta-Whip, we’ve created the perfect duo of cake and cookie combination that gives you all the flavor and aroma of a home baked cake, with all the texture and taste of fresh cookies! Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a medium bowl, combine insta-whip and water and, using your electric hand mixer, mix until whip is light, fluffy, and with soft peaks.
In a large bowl combine cake mix, egg, lemon juice, powdered sugar, and insta-whip. Mix until a soft batter forms.
Pour batter into your USA Pan Rectangular Cake Pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Remove and allow to completely cool before slicing into squares and serving.
