1 1/2 cups of Honeyville Blanched Almond Flour

3/4 cups Tapioca Flour

1/4 cup Ground Flaxseed

1/2 tsp Kosher Salt

1/2 tsp Baking Soda

4 large Eggs

1 tbsp Raw Honey

1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Grease 8×4 loaf pan.

  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk almond flour, tapioca flour, flaxseed, salt and baking soda. 

  4. Push the dry ingredients to the side of the bowl and add the eggs, honey and vinegar into the space, and beat well with your fork.

  5. Slowly incorporate the dry ingredients until well-blended.

  6. Add the batter to the pan and bake for 30 minutes. The edges will be golden brown and a toothpick poked in the center will come out clean when it is ready.
