- 2 cups Honeyville Blanched Almond Flour
- 1/4 cup Butter, softened
- 1/4 cup White Sugar
- 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips
Start by preheating the oven to 375 degrees.
Mix softened butter, sugar, brown sugar, and egg together until blended.
Add vanilla, salt, baking soda, and then almond flour. Mix in chocolate chips.
Spoon the dough onto a greased baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the tops of the cookies are golden brown.
Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving warm.
