2 cups Honeyville Oat Groats
2 cups Honeyville Whole Grain Rye
7 cups Water
1 tsp Salt
3 cups Honeyville Freeze Dried Pineapple
1 cup Almonds
2 cups Honeyville Freeze Dried Strawberries
3 cups Honeyville Freeze Dried Grapes

1/3 cup Agave Nectar
1/3 cup Crushed Meyer Lemon Olive Oil
1/3 cup Peach Balsamic Vinegar
1 tsp Salt
1 cup Danish Blue Cheese

Place oat groats, rye, water, and salt in your Fagor Pressure Cooker, place on lid, and set cooker for 14 minutes.

Once grain is finished cooking, release pressure, remove pressure cooking bowl, and place in refrigerator to cool.

Place grains in a large bowl and combine with re-hydrated pineapple, strawberries, grapes and almonds. Mix together.

Mix dressing ingredients in a separate bowl and pour over grain salad. Mix and serve.
