In addition, we don’t always have to overload this tasty snack with tons and tons of sugar. Don’t believe that’s true? Trust me, the proof is in the pudding…um…I mean Fudge.
We took our amazing Organic Peanut Butter Powder, combined with our tasty Freeze Dried Bananas, and created a creamy, dreamy Fudge recipe that not only avoids adding an extreme amount of sugar, it’s also a sweet dish you can enjoy any time of year, including the summer months (especially because it involves absolutely no baking). Grab your favorite mixing spoon, it’s time for Healthy Peanut Butter Fudge!
First, prepare your bananas.
To do so, soak them in water until they are soft, then drain excess liquid.
Re-constitute your powdered peanut butter by adding water and stirring until thick.
Add bananas, vanilla, salt, coconut oil, and maple syrup.
Stir until bananas are completed bashed and fudge is creamy and smooth.
Pour into a dish of your choice, then place in the freezer for 2-3 hours to allow to set up. Remove, slice up, and serve.
