I have had Fruit Pizza a lot in my life but I have never thought of having brownie at the bottom instead of a sugar cookie bottom. It was an amazing idea and I was excited to try it, especially since we have our very own Brownie Mix! I also wanted to make this recipe using fruit from the grocery store as well as our Freeze Dried Fruit so that I could compare both of them. Look at the picture above. The left is fruit from the grocery store, the middle is our Freeze Dried fruit before re-hydration (I like our fruit with some crunch) and the right is the fruit re-hydrated. Of course you can choose whatever fruit you want to make this your own design. I used strawberries, blueberries and bananas and with the freeze dried side instead of bananas I used mango’s. Design your own dessert and let me know how it turns out….have fun with it!
