Hello again! Like I mentioned last night here are some things I have done with Honeyville’s Freeze Dried Chicken (Remember the FABULOUS meat coupon is good through Saturday, September 18th, print here):
1. Shredded BBQ Chicken Sandwiches
-I re-hydrated the Freeze Dried Chicken according to instructions on the can
-Added some BBQ sauce
-Put on a roll
-Put some re-hydrated Freeze Dried Mozzarella Cheese on top
-Sliced up some avocado
And had one delicious sandwich! 
Just for the record….the Chicken DOES NOT taste like canned chicken, it really, truly tastes just like the real thing!
2. Stuffed Chicken Croissants
Recipe:
-8 oz. package of Cream Cheese
-2 cans Crescent Rolls
-1/2 cup of Butter**
-1/2 cup of Bread Crumbs
-Chicken Gravy Mix
-Re-hydrate green onions and chicken
-Mix together cream cheese, green onions, and chicken
-Roll out crescent rolls and stuff with mixture, then roll up
-Dip rolled crescent in melted butter and then bread crumbs
-Put on cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes
-Serve with gravy
**Being honest: I tried to use the Honeyville’s Powdered Butter, but really messed it up this time around. Yes, I have used it before and LOVE it! But what I struggled with is how to melt it to dip the crescent roll in??? After messing it up and thinking about it ALL DAY LONG (I hate making mistakes…ha, ha) I came up with two possible solutions that may work: A: Spread it on roll with a basting brush or B. Don’t whip your butter so thick that you can’t dip…maybe just enough to dissolve powder, maybe even add more water to Powder Butter? Anyway, I will have to try those options next time.
Ingredients Used

Mix together Cream Cheese, Green Onions, & Chicken
Spread on Rolls
Stuffed and dipped and ready for baking
Just add the Gravy! 
This is one of my family’s most FAVORITE meals! Enjoy!
3. Add as a Pizza Topping
Yes, there are million pizza toppings on here!!!!
We were experimenting one day with a lot of Honeyville’s products:
Just in case you were wondering, the Tomato Powder with a few spices made a DELICIOUS pizza sauce:
The Tomato Powder is awesome! Depending on what you need (sauce, paste, etc) you just add more or less water! Easy!
If you really want, you can top off all those meals with a refreshing glass of Honeyville’s Strawberry Lemonade (made with LOTS of ice & a blender so it was a frozen lemonade) with Freeze Dried Strawberry’s for added flavor and texture!
