Beef Stir Fry

Ingredients:
4 cups Honeyville Freeze Dried Beef Dices
1/2 cup Teriyaki Sauce
1/4 cup Olive Oil
4 tsp Ultra Gel
3 cups Honeyville Freeze Dried Bell Peppers
1 cup Honeyville Freeze Dried Mushrooms
3 cups Honeyville Freeze Dried Pineapple
2 cups Honeyville Dehydrated Carrots
2 cups Honeyville Long Grain Rice

Yields: 8-10 servings

Directions:

In a large bowl, re-hydrate your beef dices by soaking beef in water. Once beef dices are soft, drain water from bowl.

In your Fagor 3 in 1 Electric Cooker, pour your 2 cups of rice and 3 cups of water. Set steam cooker on high for 6 minutes.

Heat up a large skillet or stir fry pan on your stove top. Combine beef, teriyaki sauce, ultra gel and olive oil in the pan and stir on high until beef is completely coated and cooked. This should take around 10 minutes or so. Make sure to continually stir, so that the meat doesn’t burn on the bottom of the pan.

Remove beef, and re-hydrate bell peppers, mushrooms, pineapple, and carrots.

When re-hydrating products, it’s always good to weigh your products for a more accurate amount.

Once food is re-hydrated, place in pan and add anywhere from 2-4 Tbsps of teriyaki sauce.

Add each ingredient individually, then stir together to combine.

Stir fry ingredients for 10 minutes or so, making sure the food does not burn on the bottom of the pan.

Once pineapples, carrots, mushrooms, and bell peppers have been completely cooked, add beef and stir together until ingredients are completely combined.

Remove from heat, and serve, with cooked rice from your Fagor cooker, on a bowl.

This makes a big meal, so you won’t have to worry about running out of food for your family. The taste is simply amazing. The pineapple gives the meal just enough sweetness, while the meat has a delicious, tender texture and taste. Combined with the teriyaki sauce, this meal has enough flavor and delicious aroma to help the whole family get excited about dinner time.
