1 tsp Rum Flavoring
1 cup Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla
1/2 cup Butter, softened
2 1/4 cups Honeyville Alta Artisan Flour
1/2 cup Honeyville Vanilla Pudding Mix
2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Nutmeg

1 cup Powdered Sugar
3 Tbsp Eggnog
1 tsp Rum Flavoring
1/8 tsp Nutmeg

Yields: 1 large loaf

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a large bowl, cream together eggs, eggnog, rum flavoring, sugar, vanilla, and butter.

In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, pudding mix, baking powder, salt, and nutmeg.

Combine dry ingredients with wet ingredients and mix until a firm batter forms.

Pour batter into your USA Pan Large Loaf Pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow to cool in pan for 10 minutes before removing.

While bread is cooling, make your glaze by whisking together powdered sugar, eggnog, rum flavoring, and nutmeg.

Gentle drizzle glaze over the top of your cooled bread. Slice and serve.
