Ingredients:
1 cup Coconut Oil
1/2 cup Baking Soda
1 Tbsp Peppermint Oil or Extract
Directions:
First, prepare your coconut oil.
In the microwave or over the stove top, melt down your coconut oil until it’s in liquid form. Add baking soda and peppermint oil or extract, and stir together until fully combined.
While still in liquid form, pour into a jelly jar, then place the lid on top. As the oil cools, it will solidify, but if you wish to speed up the process, simply place it in the refrigerator for one hour.
When it’s time to brush, simply place some on your toothbrush and scrub!
