I’m here to tell you there is! That’s right, whether you suffer from gluten intolerance, or are just looking for a more healthy solution, we’ve got the answer for your. Thanks to our Organic Coconut Flour, we’ve come up with the perfect, gluten-free waffle recipe that is both super tasty and very healthy for you as well. Oh, and it’s a cinch to make! Morning never looked so good. Grab an apron, it’s time for Coconut Flour Waffles!

1/2 cup Honeyville Organic Coconut Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Salt
1 cup Milk (You could also use Almond Milk)
2 tsp Raw Honey
4 Egg Whites
2 tsp Vanilla

First, prepare your batter.


In a medium bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt, and whisk together.


Next, add milk, honey, egg whites, and vanilla. Whisk together until a thick batter forms.

In your pre-heated waffle iron, pour about a third to a half a cup of batter evenly across the surface. Bake until cooked through.
