That’s right, all the flavor and texture you’ve grown to love, but made without any gluten. Too good to be true? Not so!

Using our gluten-free Organic Coconut Flour, along with some help form our Coconut Sugar and Coconut Oil, we’ve created a crisp, delicious cookie bar that is going to leave you breathless and wanting more. 3/4 cup Honeyville Organic Peanut Butter Powder
2/3 cup Water
1/2 cup Organic Coconut Palm Sugar
2 Tbsp Coconut Oil, melted
2 Eggs
1/4 cup Honeyville Organic Coconut Flour
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1/4 tsp Himalayan Salt
1/3 cup Dark Chocolate Chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.


In a large bowl, combine peanut butter powder, water, coconut sugar, and coconut oil, and mix together with an electric mixer until smooth. Add eggs and beat in until completely combined.


Next, add coconut flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix with electric mixer until a very thin, almost batter-like dough forms.


Gently fold in dark chocolate chips until combined.


Pour dough into your greased USA Pan Square Cake Pan (8×8 Pan).


Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes, or until tops are a golden brown and cookies feel firm. Remove, let cool, then slice and serve.


Crisp on the outside, soft and chewy on the inside, these are everything you love in cookie bars, but without all the gluten! The taste of these cookies is absolutely amazing and will leave you wondering why you’d ever eat any recipe but these again. And the best part, by far, is the fact that these delicious treats are completely gluten-free!
