Ingredients:
4 Tbsp Sesame Seed Oil
1 tsp Ginger
2 cloves Garlic, minced
1 cup Honeyville Freeze Dried Onions
2 cups Honeyville Freeze Dried Chicken
2 cups Honeyville Deyhdrated Potato Dices
1 1/2 cups Chicken Stock
2 tsp Curry
1/4 cup Soy Sauce
1 tsp Sugar
3 Tbsp Ultra Gel
Directions:
Warm up your wok or frying pan on the stove top.
Re-hydrate your onions, chicken, and potato dices by soaking them in water in a bowl, then draining the excess water once the ingredients are soft.
Add sesame seed oil, onions, ginger, and garlic in wok and stir fry for about 30 seconds.
Add chicken and cook for around 2 minutes.
Pour in chicken stock, curry powder, soy sauce, and sugar and stir fry for another 30 seconds, or until fully combined.
Add potatoes and stir until completely combined.
Drop stove top to low heat, then add ultra gel and stir until completely combined. The ultra gel acts as a thickener in this recipe.
Once ingredients are fully combined, serve on top of rice and enjoy!
