Do not worry, you are not in the Twilight Zone! I know this post looks very similar to Callie’s BBQ Chicken Sandwich Pockets Recipe and the reason for that is, well, it basically is a morning version of just that. As I was rushing out the door for work this morning and eating my breakfast, a name brand morning pocket meal similar to the one we have posted above, I thought to myself: “Hey, I think I can make this myself!” After looking over the blog post, and with inspiration from Callie’s Sandwich Pockets, I realized that yeah, I could do this. So here there are, delicious, warm, and super easy to make Breakfast Pockets! Enjoy!

Ingredients:
2 1/2 Cups Honeyville Freeze Dried Scrambled Eggs
2 Cups Honeyville Freeze Dried Cheddar Cheese
2 Cups Honeyville Freeze Dried Sausage
2 Cups Honeyville Freeze Dried Ham
1 (8 oz) package refrigerated Crescent Rolls

Directions:
In seperate bowls, rehydrate Eggs, Cheddar Cheese, Sausage, and Ham. Drain excess water from each container. Unroll Crescent Rolls and place two pre-cut triangles together to form a rectangle on an already sprayed cookie sheet (this should give you 4 pockets each). Spoon heaping amounts of scrambled eggs in center of each rectangle. You decide how much or how little you want, but make sure that you’ll have enough room to fold over the sides of the rolls. Also scoop on cheese, sausage, and ham.

Fold short sides of dough over to cover (similar to if you are making a burrito). Bake at 375 degrees for 13-15 minutes or until golden brown (and dough is cooked).

Can you smell those pockets cooking? These are super quick to make and your family will love them. And the best part is . . .  you could pretty much tailor make them for every member of your family. The possibilites are endless (I even thought about including some Freeze Dried Bell Peppers in mine).

So, what would you include in your breakfast pocket?
