This is one of my family’s FAVORITES! We love, love, love Honeyville’s Pancake & Waffle Mix, but every once in a while, we like to use our wheat and make some Wheat Pancakes.
Here’s the recipe:
1 cup of Honeyville’s Wheat Kernels (WASHED)
3 Tbsp. + 2 1/4 tsp. of Honeyville’s Powdered Milk + 1 1/4 cup water
2 Tbsp. of Honeyville’s Powdered Eggs + 4 Tbsp. of water
1/3 cup of Vegetable Oil (you can substitute 1/3 cup of Applesauce)
1 Tbsp. Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. of Salt
1 1/2 Tbsp. of Sugar or Honeyville’s Granulated Honey (optional)
Wash Wheat and drain. Put wheat and milk in blender. Blend on highest speed for 5 minutes. 
Add rest of ingredients and blend 1-2 minutes longer.
Ready for hot griddle!
