See now why I’ve been wanting to try it. What better way to give our Blanched Almond Flour a try than taking a family traditional recipe and giving it a gluten-free twist. So, without further adue, check out this delicious recipe for Almond Flour Chocolate Chip Cookies!

1/4 cup Butter, softened
1/4 cup White Sugar
1/4 cup Brown Sugar
1 Egg
1/4 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
1/4 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 cup Chocolate Chips

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix softened butter, sugar, brown sugar, and egg together until smooth. Add vanilla, salt, baking soda, and then almond flour and mix until all ingredients are incorporated. Mix in chocolate chips.

Take a dinner spoon and spoon balls of dough onto a greased baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes at 375 degrees, or until golden brown on top. Remove and let cool for 2-3 minutes, then remove and serve.

These cookies came out moist, fluffy, and extremely delicious. The almond flour gives the cookie an added taste that you simply can’t find in regular chocolate chip cookies.
