Using our healthy and amazing Freeze Dried Bananas, with a little help from some sweet, savory chocolate chips, we’ve baked up the perfect muffin to kick your snack time into gear! Warm, delicious, and exactly what you need to power through each day. Grab your apron, it’s time to bake up some Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins!

2/3 cups Butter, softened
1/2 cup Sugar
1/4 cup Brown Sugar
2 Eggs
1 1/4 cup Honeyville Alta Artisan Flour
2 tsp Baking Powder
1 cup Honeyville Freeze Dried Bananas
1 cup Chocolate Chips

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.


In a large bowl, cream together butter, sugars, and eggs.


Next, re-hydrate your bananas by soaking in water until soft, then draining any excess liquid.


Add flour and baking powder to sugar/egg mixture and mix together until a thick batter forms. Add bananas and mash into batter. Gently fold in chocolate chips.

Line your USA Pan Muffin Pan with muffin cups.


Fill each cup with batter, then bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Remove and allow to cool in pan for 10 minutes before serving.
