I’d like to submit a new fall-time favorite, if you will. Granted, this dish is typically associated more with the Holiday season than a crisp autumn day. But, when prepared the right way, I think you’ll agree that this dish may be the new go-to dinner for any fall day. That dish is ham! I know, I know, we usually save ham for Christmas and Easter, but why is that? I mean, we all love it! Why not enjoy it more than just twice a year? With the right seasoning, and paired with the right ingredients, this Holiday tradition is guaranteed to to make an early, fall-time appearance this year. Grab your Freeze Dried Apples and Maple Syrup (that’s right, maple syrup!), it’s time for Autumn Spice Ham!
Remember, for this meal, you’ll need your trusty Fagor 3 in 1 Pressure Cooker!
First, turn your pressure cooker to 10 minutes at “High Pressure”, then press start.
Next, add your butter and let it melt completely.
Pour in your ham and let it simmer just until the butter is completely absorbed.
Add your apples, maple syrup, cinnamon, and water, then lock the lid of the pressure cooker on and let cook for 10 minutes.
Release pressure, remove lid, and stir once. Serve over some fresh cooked rice.
