I love cheesecake, don’t you? For me, it’s that one dessert that I simply can’t pass up. Can you blame me? That rich, cream cheese taste, topped or infused with some of the most amazing tastes and textures, is the perfect, sweet ending to a delicious meal.

With cheesecake on my mind, I knew I had to find the perfect recipe that could combine all the flavors and textures we love in this amazing dish, with the sweet aroma and mouth-watering taste of autumn baking. With the help of our amazing Freeze Dried Apples and our awesome USA Pan Springform Pan, I done just that!

Crisp, delicious, and infused with all the apple and cinnamon flavors you’ve come to love in Fall, this cheesecake is sure to make your tong smack and your taste buds go wild! Trust me, this is a dish you simply can’t pass up! Prepare yourself, it’s time to bake up some Apple Cinnamon Cheesecake!

2 1/2 cups Honeyville Alta Artisan Flour
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
1/4 tsp Himalayan Salt
1 cup Butter, softened
16 oz Cream Cheese, softened
1/2 cup Sugar
2 Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla
2 cups Honeyville Freeze Dried Apples
2 Tbsp Sugar
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Nutmeg

Crumble Topping:
1 cup Honeyville Alta Artisan Flour
1 cup Brown Sugar
1/2 cup Honeyville Quick Oats
1/2 cup Butter, softened

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.


In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, brown sugar, and salt.


Next, add cubed butter in with flour mixture, then whisk together with a pastry whisk until you have a crumbly texture.


Spray our USA Pan Springform Pan with cooking spray. Take crumbly mixture and press evenly into pan.


Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes, or until edges are light brown, then remove.


In a large bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla, and whisk together with an electric hand mixer until your smooth cheesecake filling is ready.


Pour filling over the top of the warm crust.


Next, re-hydrate your apples by soaking in water until soft, then draining excess liquid. Add cinnamon, sugar, and nutmeg and mix together until fully combined.


Spoon apple mixture over the top of your cheesecake.


Make crumble top by whisking together flour, brown sugar, and quick oats. Add cubed butter and whisk together with pastry whisk until crumbly.


Sprinkle crumble topping over your cheesecake.


Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes. Remove and let cool for 1 hour before unlocking the sides of the pan and serving.
