That’s right, using our versatile and very popular Blanched Almond Flour, we’ve found the perfect, most delicious sugar cookie recipe that is sure to get kick your Holiday celebrations off right. Trust us, this is the recipe you’ve been waiting for. Get ready, it’s time to bake up some Almond Flour Sugar Cookies!
1 cup Powdered Sugar
1/4 tsp Vanilla
2-3 tsp Milk
Yields: 6-8 cookies
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
In a large bowl, whisk together almond flour, salt, and baking soda.
Add coconut oil, maple syrup, milk, and vanilla, and stir until a sticky dough forms.
Place dough between two pieces of parchment paper and roll out.
Use your favorite Holiday cookie cutter and cut out cookies. Place cookies on your USA Pan Baking Sheet, lined with parchment paper, and place in refrigerator for 20-30 minutes to set up.
Remove and place in 325 degree oven and bake for 10-13 minutes. Once baked, remove from oven and place on a wire rack to cool.
While cookies are cooling, make your glaze by mixing ingredients together until a thin, runny glaze forms. Dip each cooled cookie into glaze and place on cooling rack. Sprinkle with Holiday sprinkles, then let sit and solidify before serving.
