I love pizza, who doesn’t? But between the wheat and the yeast it’s not so friendly for everyone. I also love a quick, easy dinner and this fits the bill. Pairing this protein rich pizza with a salad and some grilled vegetables is an ideal spring menu staple that is sure to please everyone!

No matter what toppings you choose, or what time of the day you bake it, this gluten-free recipe, baked up with Honeyville’s amazing Blanched Almond Flour, is sure to be a hit in your home. But don’t take my word for it, check out this simple, yet delicious Almond Flour Pizza recipe below.

2 cups Honeyville Blanched Almond Flour
1/2 tsp Himalayan Sea Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
1 tsp Finely Chopped Fresh Basil
1/4 tsp Finely Chopped Fresh Rosemary
2 Organic  Eggs, beaten
1 Tbsp Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder

1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2) Mix all ingredients together (should form a ball).
3) Roll out dough on oiled baking pan into a medium thin layer.
4) Bake for 10-15 minutes (check after 10).
5) Take out of the oven.
6)Top with tomato sauce and fresh grated cheese and broil for an additional 2-3 minutes
