Using our versatile Blanched Almond Flour, and a few other key ingredients, we’ve come up with the perfect, gluten-free, hand-held breakfast bites that are sure to fill you up and leave your soul satisfied. Grab your apron, it’s time to whip up a batch!
Yields: 6 Pancake Bites
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl, whisk together almond flour, baking powder, baking soda, coconut sugar, and cinnamon.
Next, add coconut milk, eggs, and coconut oil, and whisk together until a thick, smooth batter forms.
Spray your USA Pan Muffin Pan with nonstick spray, then, using a 1/4 cup measuring cup, pour batter into each muffin cup.
Bake in over at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Remove from cups and allow to cool on a wire rack before serving.
