3 Tbsp Honeyville Blanched Almond Flour
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1 Tbsp Applesauce
1 Egg
3 Tbsp Almond Milk
Pinch of Salt

Yields: 1 muffin

Take a large ramekin or bowl and spray with cooking spray.


Add almond flour and baking powder and whisk together until combined.


Add apple sauce, egg, almond milk, and salt, and whisk until a smooth, thin batter forms.

Place in microwave and cook for 4 minutes.


Remove, allow to cool, then pop out of bowl and enjoy.
