Ted Richards, Vice President of Manufacturing

Ted brings 17 years of extensive experience from his time at West Liberty Foods, where he honed his skills in Maintenance, Engineering, and Operations. His last 5 years at WLF were spent serving as the Complex Manager. His dedication to developing high-performing teams, managing to KPIs, and his passion for compliance has been key to his success. At Honeyville, Ted’s contributions in his Engineering role have already shown his ability to deliver results.

Ted was raised in Fielding and still lives there with his wife, Calli, of 30 years. They have three grown, married children and a 2-year-old grandson. As empty nesters, Ted and Calli enjoy taking road trips in the van they built over the last year. Ted loves spending time with his family. If he's not at work, you can rest assured he’ll be enjoying his family.
