Phil Anderson is an accomplished senior executive with over 30 years of international experience in planning and managing large-scale operations, projects, and technical resources to drive process improvements and competitive advantage. He excels in building and cultivating cultures of respect, accountability, and trust with cross-functional colleagues around the world, leading by example and fostering open dialogue.
Phil joined Honeyville as the Vice President of Information Technology on Monday, May 20th. In his previous role at Autoliv, he spent 30 years managing and developing teams both locally and internationally, with significant experience in the US, Canada, Mexico, and Brazil. His extensive travel and expanded responsibilities have equipped him with a deep understanding of diverse operational landscapes. Phil is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese in addition to his native English.
Expressing his enthusiasm for his role at Honeyville, Phil stated, "I’m very excited about the opportunity with Honeyville. There will certainly be challenges, but nothing that great teams and great people cannot overcome." Residing in Mantua with his wife Becky, Phil enjoys a fulfilling family life with their three children—a daughter and twin boys—and two wonderful grandchildren. His hobbies include fly fishing, fly tying, and fly rod building, and he even teaches a fly-tying class in Logan. Additionally, he enjoys camping and RZR rides in the mountains.
