Pam Burke, Head of Human Resources

Pam is a seasoned Human Resources Professional, bringing over 30 years of experience to the table. Her responsibilities span aspects of the employment cycle including talent acquisition, onboarding, benefits, compensation, compliance, recognition, employee and labor relations, and retirement.  

She's a strategic business partner, adept at leveraging human capital to meet business challenges and achieve success. Throughout her career, Pam has tackled global responsibilities and worked in a variety of industries from high tech and aerospace to mining and food for companies including Alcoa, ATK, Rio Tinto, and Boart Longyear. She appreciates the energy of the people at Honeyville where long tenures, hard work, and welcoming service differentiate the company.  

Pam’s educational background includes an undergraduate degree in Human Resources Management from Utah State University and an MBA from Boise State University. She holds professional certifications as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and a Senior Certified Professional (SCP). Pam is married with two children and finds joy in travel, theater, sporting events, amusement parks, and camping adventures.
