Manny Patel, Director of Supply Chain

Meet Manny, who comes to Honeyville with more than 15 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, supply chain, and marketing. As the Director of Supply Chain, he plays a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing the flow of goods and services within Honeyville’s operations. His expertise ensures we meet our customers’ objectives with best practices, enhanced efficiency, and quality control measures.  

Manny’s career journey includes Fortune 500 companies like Bayer, The Coca-Cola Company, and most recently, Dunkin’ Donuts, where he implemented a transformational change of its supply chain from a regional decentralized model to a centralized model. As the Material Supply Manager at Coca-Cola, he was responsible for effectively managing over 110M cases annually and achieved cost savings of ~$2M in inventory DOH. On the Revenue Growth Management team, he led the development of comprehensive multi-year business plans and go-to-market programs which generated revenue growth of 8% in less than one year. 

With a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Florida and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification, Manny believes in the power of perseverance and diligent execution for long-term growth. Manny is married with two children. When he is not playing with the kids, you can find him traveling, enjoying sports, and expanding his professional network.
