Previously, Lex was Senior Program Manager at MarketStar Corporation, leading the North America Sales & Technical Services Division for NetApp, and achieving exceptional results in channel development sales. Lex also served as the Senior Sales Manager for Intermedia Cloud Communications, where he exceeded sales goals by emphasizing consultative selling and a servant-leadership approach. In his career, he has earned accolades, including Sales Representative of the Year five times, Top Gun Sales Awards, and the honor of Employee of the Year.
Lex holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Information Systems from Utah State University. He enjoys quality time with his family and can be found most weekends riding and racing local motocross.
