Joe Tomon, CEO

Joe joins us with extensive manufacturing and corporate leadership experience, gained through his 36-year career with Procter & Gamble. Joe led the effort to build P&G’s first greenfield site in 40 years in Box Elder County, UT creating a world-class manufacturing site and a collaborative and innovative culture.

He led the design, start-up, and work process development of the site as well as two major business expansions. After “retiring” from P&G, Joe joined Graphic Packaging International to build a new paper plant in Waco, TX, with an emphasis on creating a high-performance work system design with people at the center. Under Joe’s leadership, his organizations have consistently delivered benchmark results. Joe comes to Honeyville with a passion for winning and a sincere belief that people are the most valuable asset of any company.
