David Brown, President and CEO

For over three decades, David’s career in distribution and manufacturing has been marked by unwavering leadership and a commitment to creating a culture of excellence. In 2021, David began his tenure at Honeyville as Senior Vice President of Sales, where his leadership acumen, innovative vision, and relentless work ethic quickly earned him the role of President and CEO.  

Drawing from his vast experience in import/export, supply chain management, marketing, purchasing, and sales, David is driving the company to greater heights. By unlocking the full potential of our distinctive capabilities and innovative portfolio, he is fostering deep customer relationships. From operational excellence to supply chain efficiency to expanded products and services, Honeyville is meeting the ever-evolving needs of our food industry customers.  

David has a distinguished career of notable achievements. Before Honeyville, he founded Eatery Essentials, growing the food packaging manufacturer to $40M in revenue in just three years. While at Network Services Company, David was instrumental in growing sales from $80M to nearly $250M, increasing profitability by 25% in just nine years. Similarly, at Asia Pulp & Paper, he grew sales from $60M to an annual run rate of $150M by enforcing sales channel and pricing discipline. David also founded the U.S. offices of Roxcel Trading, a paper and packaging trading company based in Vienna, and took the company to over $80M in seven years. 

David earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Brigham Young University and received his Master of Business Administration degree from Eastern University. In his free time, David spends time with his wife and six children, playing basketball, tennis, and water sports, hiking, playing piano, and singing.
